Grown by Jorge Libardo Díaz on Fincas La Herradura and Alto Cascajal in El Tambo, Nariño, between 1,800 and 1,900 metres. The volcanic soils of the Nudo de los Pastos give this coffee its density and depth: a washed, double fermented Castillo with the sweetness of panela, notes of chocolate and cocoa, and a bright citrus finish. Exclusive to Café 295.
